The Public Meeting held on 22nd July 2017 at the hall to up-date villagers on the questionnaire results and outcomes, the current status of the Big Lottery Fund application (for a new hall building) and the next bid stage attracted a large turnout including Chester’s newly re-elected MP, Chris Matheson and representatives of both CWAC and the local Parish councils.
The main thrust was to encourage villagers to come with ideas and suggestions to create more involvement in a host of activities spanning the age groups using the proposed new hall as a catalyst. The questionnaires returned earlier this year revealed many interesting and some facts and issues that need to be addressed.
