Come join the weekly Table Tennis  'Bat & Chat' Club every Monday - all welcome. Come in appropriate clothing and non-slip footwear. Basic bats and balls can be provided if needed. Introduction to British Sign Language (BSL)

Five week course starting on 26th April 2024 10:00 to 12:00 (sessions includes tea or coffee)


Learn to develop basic functional communication skills in British Sign Language through tasks linked to some of the real-life experiences of people who are deaf in their family, social or working lives. Learn how to introduce yourself, ask questions, order food/drinks at the bar/café. Find out about Deaf history and culture.


BSL is a visual language, so sessions will be practical involving conversation and role play, fun and games.
